Northern Ireland £9.99

Free, if spend over £100.00

Dispatch within 1-2 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays. Due to Covid-19 working restrictions, delivery may take 7 days to arrive.

Local (Redditch), collection can be made within the same day. Please allow 2 hours after order has been placed, before making collection.

Please ensure that all details are correct for your shipping address, we shall not be liable if sent to the wrong delivery address.

We accept returns (excluding original delivery charge), which must be returned within a 14 day of dispatch email. Orders must be returned in same condition as it had arrived. Please email: kirbeeshome@outlook.com to obtain return details. We do not cover the cost of return of unwanted items.

If you do decide you do not wish to keep your items this is absolutely fine as we understand we can change our minds. Unwanted items are sent back at your cost and please look after your unwanted products.

Customers have the responsibility to return items in secure and suitable packaging.

If an order arrives damaged we apologise and will either replace the item if possible or refund as long as photo evidence is provided of product within 48hours of arrival but please don’t throw away item until refunded is complete. Please email kirbeeshome@outlook.com if item arrives damaged
